Mission & Vision

TNT Post is an international company. It has a no-nonsense approach, shows respect for local cultures and just gets on with the job, as it is already doing in Germany, the UK, Italy, Belgium, Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

TNT Post has operations in a number of European countries, most of which still have monopoly markets for postal services. As the market moves towards full liberalisation, TNT Post positions itself in the accessible market segments. The entry of TNT Post means people can now choose - often for the first time - who they want to handle their business mail needs, from delivering letters and direct mail to the other mail-related services we offer.

Mission
Our mission is to focus on business customers, providing them with a full range of postal and mail-related services. High quality, with an array of distribution systems for addressed and unaddressed mail, plus a broad portfolio of services that support our distribution network. In order to achieve this mission, we are striving to build a strong position in every country in which we operate. Our strategy is to extend our network further, both within the countries we now operate in, and beyond, to new markets.

Quality and liberalisation
Our customers can rely on us. TNT Post is known for its reliable quality, efficiency and competitive price/quality ratio, and we are determined to keep it that way. That's why TNT Post strongly supports liberalisation, as long as it's done responsibly. The European postal sector needs to be liberalised if it is to achieve efficiency, improve quality and allow for the introduction of new services.

Innovative
By offering a range of special services we can help our customers solve any distribution problem they may face, get the most out of their communi-cations, and increase the reach and effectiveness of every mail shot. That's why we see mail as a communication medium, one that competes with radio, television, the Internet and other media. Given such stiff competition, our customers have every right to expect us to be innovative. And that we are innovative can be seen in our products and processes. TNT Post is constantly on the lookout for new ideas and new ways to enhance the effectiveness of mail as a communications medium. The 200 years of knowledge and experience we have gained in the Netherlands is helping us and our customers to make strides in Europe today.
